I had a very bad experience with them 3 times they over book people. The person helping me never put my profile into the computer so someone had to go look for my dress. My dress came in no one ever called me about it.

My friend and her mother went to this store this past Friday. The mom wanted to buy a dress for her own upcoming wedding. Granted she is not in her 20's and is not a size 8, but to say she received terrible customer service would be an understatement! The staff acted like they had much better things to do than help her. I had a wonderful experience with choosing my wedding dress with Allie in the beginning of April....my visit for bridesmaids with Chanel was the complete opposite...there is no point in making an appointment if you still do not have the undivided attention of the consultant..going between multiple groups, not taking measurements until after the fact, incorrect information obtained and not verified, just to name a few..overall great experience for bridal, not so much for bridesmaids!

Wedding dress shopping at David's Bridal was such a stressful and unenjoyable experience. We arrived ten minutes early for my appointment and we stood around waiting for an assistant to come get my appointment started for 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time had passed. The assistant that was helping me was nice, but was also helping another bride. Throughout the whole appointment I wasn't receiving the help that I needed. Customer service was just ok and the whole bridal party spent a lot of money for it to just be ok...we were there for close to 5 hours and the store doesn't offer any kind of drink service?? We were so thirsty by the time we left there..i was pretty disappointed with our experience but pleased with the price of our dresses. Hopefully corporate will make some changes.

Kelsey was not helpful at all she only checked on us periodically she didn't help with style or anything all she could mention was money I had a budget just because I saw a dress out of my budget by no means does it mean I can't go to my bank and get the money disappointing experience

The representative who was supposed to be helping my daughter in law to be was not very good. She had an overall negative attitude. She kept telling her that she needed a dress 1-2 sizes too big for her. She kept disappearing, so we were pulling the gowns for her ourselves. It was very crowded and it felt like we were being rushed although she had an hour & 1/2 time slot. I was not impressed with the service. The gowns were beautiful & prices were good, they had a great sale going on.

I went about a month ago with my mom, maid of honor and bridesmaids. I had made an appointment prior to going and we still had to wait about an hour before we got someone to help us. I can understand it's prom season and all, but I figured I made an appointment there should be no wait to little wait time. Lesson learned, now. The lady that helped us was ok.
