I went back in to try on the dress that I had already paid for.... my mom was in town from another state and originally wasn't able to be there for the "yes to the dress" so i was excited to show her the dress with an appointed . They had to ask me 3 times who I was and what I was there for then the dress in stock was ripped in the back so it wasn't a true fit... also they had to keep running to check my customer file for things i asked and the veil I tried on when I had my original appointment wasn't written down so I have ... read more

Had a bridal party appointment here the other day and at first, our consultant was awesome and very attentive. But as soon as all 5 of us were shoved into one changing room together, we saw her only once more the whole appointment. She was now only paying attention to a bride shopping for a dress. I went to grab dresses myself and put them back. At the end of our appointment, she was nowhere in sight, so we just walked out. Very annoying. Horrible experience!!! Our "bridal consultant" didn't help us and was double booked and more interested in the other party!!! We went to Orange

What was supposed to be a happy experience turned out to be a nightmare. I had everything planned to the detail. Dresses picked on my profile. Salesperson didn't select them. My party had terrible attitudes, salesgirl listened to my ladies not me. I knew my color but none liked it, complaints about everything. The salesperson didn't help with making adjustments to the dress chosen. Another salesperson showed my ladies how to style the dress. It was an awful experience for me. I hated it. Had a headache afterwards.

I got to try on some really nice dresses. My wedding is 18 months away so this was my first time looking to try and get an Idea. They were very pushy and rushing me. The consult was double booked because I made my appointment online on the website and apparently they don't keep tack of online appointments. So I basically had to share my time with another girl while this lady bounced between us trying to get what we wanted. It was stressful for everyone.
