I was there yesterday to look and try on bridesmaid dresses for my best friends wedding. I walked in five minutes after the bride and was greeted by two of the younger ladies at the front desk. The told me I needed to sign in, I smiled and told them that I was there with a group who was already being helped. We had an appointment for our flower girls and i expected better customer service. The whole experience was just mediocre! My sister was a better stylist then the girl they set us up with. She was busy doing other things the entire time we got our own dresses and sizes. She said they didnt have lil girls shoes when indeed they did. Not very impressed with the way she looked i mean you work for a bridal shop her hair was a mess.

Our experience was great ! We had personal attention, our gal that took care of our needs and then some. She was attentive and offered alternative ideas in helping with the selections . We walked out with not only the perfect dress & Veil, but it was a new designer dress that was newly on display ! It's all in what you make it.. and it was one of the best day of the brides life !

Buying experience wasn't bad at all. My daughter only tried on three dresses for prom and the second one was the dress. We scheduled an appointment for the following day alterations, and told it would only take 30 minutes . They scheduled our appointment for one we arrived five minutes early and waited 15 minutes to even be put into it fitting room and we proceeded to sit and wait for another 50 minutes and the only thing they had done was take measurements... we walked out. I wasn't to happy with the young lady that was assign to assist me finding my wedding dress she gave me dresses that was 2 small and I told her I could not fit that size also she showed no concerns in helping me find my dream dress attitude was very noticeable my godmother found the perfect dress for me at David's Bridal the young lady did not do her job

I was looking forward to getting my dress and my daughter dance. I felt not like a bride, that I was not important the one that was suppose to be helping me did not, my sister had too and the lady would not listen to me to me wrong about the strips they put on my dress. I wasn't impressed when I called to schedule the appointment. I called and was on hold for 10 minutes then when lady answered she wouldn't help with my questions about wether or not they carried anything I wanted. Three weeks later we all arrived expecting to have a fun day. Not the case bridal and brides maid wasn't scheduled back to back the lady who was doing fitting didn't listen to what I wanted. Staff were nice but dresses (did not look at wedding dresses) and store were filthy. I've seen cleaner gas station bathrooms. Many of the dresses were not wearable due to stains, rips or pulls. I guess if you are going on to try dresses on and then order it would be ok, but don't go expecting to buy a dress off the rack.
