Completely unprofessional and unorganized and rude! Didn't even want to shop around at all due to the fact that it was so unprofessional. Not a big selection either. This is the second time I've been there and the second time was worse. I thought maybe the bad service was a one time thing and it wasn't!

I made an appointment to look at dresses. I was there 15 min early, and checked into my appointment. I was told it would be a few minutes since I was early. No problem. I was greeted by my consultant a half hour after my appointment was to begin. After trying on a few dresses a walk in came and then my appointment was basically put on hold for the walk in. I finally found the one.. it was a few sizes to large and it didn't fit, so she went to see if there was a size that fit. I originally tried on a 12, a 10 would have fit... read more

Felt like I couldn't shop in peace today with my daughter and friends for her 8th grade dance. Jewelry was taken out of my hands so fast that I was buying I couldn't even match shoes because she took it to the counter so fast I was completely aggravated. I will order online before we go back into Bowling Green store again.

Kelsey was very rude and was not helpful at all and was very demeaning and disrespectful. She acted like she didn't want to be bothered with us . Did not help find wedding dresses . This was our first time here and we were expecting the full bridal experience and better customer service and we ended up leaving disappointed. DO NOT go here for your bridal needs

Went there to look for a prom dress for my daughter. Found a dress off the clearance rack that had a snag in the skirt which cannot be fixed. So they offered to order a brand new dress and honor the clearance e price!

That the lady that helped us was not well versed in the merchandise and seemed to have to many appointments at once which caused her to neglect others. Overall the experience was unpleasant for everyone in the bridal party.
