When it comes to getting a dress for our little girl they said what size she would need. When it came in it wouldn't fit her leg. Then a girl measured her. It came in. Too small still. Getting too close to the wedding. The manager got on the phone and is ordering another one in larger size.

I told them what I was looking for and they said they had an open appointment time and would put us into that spot. So after meeting with the consultant Alison (not sure how she spells it) she pulled a few dresses for me to try on and put me into a dressing room. I came in walked around and waited for 30 minutes, nobody helped us or asked us anything, so we left very upset !

Saturday we went to pick up my daughter's wedding dress which came in much quicker than expected. To our disappointment they ordered the wrong dress. normally this would be a one star review. Because they quickly handled the situation and reordered the dress without complaint. The wedding isn't until November so we have time. This is why we started the dress shopping process early. Now if it happens again we will not be so happy because the new order will not be her until June and reordering would be difficult.

I was so excited about finding me a dress and also scared because, the wedding was just months away but the lady's there were so helpful and understanding they help me find the perfect dress for my wedding .
