The service here is TERRIBLE. I went in to pick up Bridesmaid dresses, and there were 3 salespeople - NONE of whom greeted me. The lady who appeared to be the manager saw me, and then proceeded to pick up the phone and make an outgoing call! Next young woman was more interested in calling a co-worker to see when she was coming in to work than helping me. We picked up my daughters wedding dress tonight. The night was suppose to be special for her father would get to see her in her dress for rhe first time. My daughter was taken to the dressing room, given the dress and the attendant walked away. My daughter asked if anyone was going to help her and was told to just call if she needs help. I called because there was a problem with my daughter's bridesmaid dress. I wanted some advice on what to do. A woman who did not speak English as a first language answered the phone. I explained my daughter's problem and asked what to do. I have no complaints about my appointments to find a dress. Both of the consultants who I had were very attentive and accommodating in helping me find the dress of my dreams, which I did. My complain is with the alterations department, which failed to complete my dress and it should have not been very complicated to do. I added a belt, which was obviously sewn on crooked as it was the first thing I noticed when I put it on. I don't know where to began this is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. My wedding is next week !! 8/27 and I shouldn't have to go through this.
