We went to this David Bridal's a few weeks ago for my friend's wedding and to get her bridesmaids dresses as well. we booked both of the appointments one after the other but they were behind so we had to do the bridesmaids first and we took more time on that then my friends appointment since she only got to try on three dresses. the staff was rude and we had to share a consultant so she wasn't focused on my friendas much as she would have liked. I had an appointment and still waited 30 mins before I was seen, they finally saw my bridal party and forgot that I needed to find a dress as well....
The service and girls at the store are absolutely complete bullshit. Nobody tried to help AT ALL, came early for the appointment, didn't even get a bye when leaving the store. Even getting a fitting room was an issue. Ridiculous, wasn't even planning on going there and definitely not going back!
The rudest encounter with employee at the front desk. Wasn't even allowed past the desk to look. I was told rudely, since I had no appointment I could look at dresses but I was not to take 1 dress off the rack. I will never forget my experience and I will never say a great thing going about this rude, inconsiderate company again. I tell everyone I know to skip this store, the consultants are horribly trained and leave brides to themselves. They shove more than one girl in change rooms, they cut their appointments short or are late to start appointments. David bridal provides the same amount of personalized service as buying your wedding dress from Walmart. Do yourself a favour and skip David's bridal Langley and visit everything but the groom.
Two stars because our stylist wasn't nearly as rude as the front of store staff. "Appointments are highly recommended, but I guess we can try to fit you in" in an empty store that only unlocked the doors five minutes prior.
The staff was horribly rude. I traveled 7 hours for my 6 bridesmaids and my grandma to try on dresses. Not one person was nice or friendly. They made us feel extremely uncomfortable. After we picked out all the dresses, without anyone speaking to us, we approached them for a dressing room. Let me just clarify... we needed 1 dressing room, not 7. Worst customer service ever!! They let us look at the dresses, but then told us they didn't have time to let us try them on. Rude, unprofessional and a complete waste of a 4 hour trip. That's ok we had a good experience somewhere else and found everything we needed. Don't waste your time here!!
This was the worst place we have ever been to. The staff is rude!! After driving 4 hours to get here they said they did not have time for us to try on dresses. Honestly, they ruined my daughters day. The great thing is that we went somewhere else that glady took $3000 worth of business.
