I had the worst experience of my life here. First they told the bride that the brides mate dresses that she liked would work well with members of the wedding party trying to get pregnant. (Since both myself and sister in law were both trying and my soon to be sister in law knew this.) When we ordered the dresses and were measure they promised the were giving us enough room to become pregnant in. Went in looking for a dress pointed out the 1 I wanted to try on sales rep wouldn't bring it to me brought me dresses with nothing that I asked for got the pics to show also ... Tried on 2 dresses with the 2nd dress came out to show my posse and my sales rep no where to be found no feedback no helping get onto the dress. . Left went to Beckers Bridal on danforth and got amazing service not only did I find my dress I found 2 a day they fit me in without any appointment and the price was amazing $ 2100.00 for 2 dresses and acc... read more
Jess H killed it! Funny and sociable, she guided my sister, mother, and a fellow party member through what I expected to be a boring visit.
It sucks. 8 days from my wedding and no dress. Alterations lied to me and the process is to bring in another dress. Really....you think I want that dress now. Make this work. And I now have to pay more money for another dress????
I loved my dress which is the only reason I gave 2 stars but I will never use this store for any future needs. My consultant didn't help me find a dress, I found my dress on my own and she disappeared halfway through my appointment. As far as alterations, they were overpriced especially considering one of the bustle strings broke off the second I put my dress on for my wedding day so I could not bustle my dress. I recieved such rude service that I was at a loss for words! My mom, made of honor, and I came here Sunday night at a few minutes before 6:00pm, closing time being 7:00p. We were greeted politley as we enthusiastically walked in, it was my first time looking at dresses for my special day! The saled associate's first question was if I was trying on dresses, I replied no just looking and checking out prices. Very disappointed. The consultant was rude and pushy and did not listen to what the bride wanted. Also, the selection of dresses was very poor.
