We were in today, a very large bridal party, to find our bridesmaids dresses. Our consultant didn't know what she was doing, suggested a dress size four sizes larger than what I normally wear. She seemed annoyed when we asked for different style dresses to try, and toward the end she pushed us out because she had another bridal party coming in. Worst place ever!!!! Had appointment but couldn't keep our associate in eyesight. Was told our associate was assigned to another bride although our time was not up. We had to request a certain dress several times before we ever got to try it. We didn't find a dress & will never set foot in this store again!! Horrible sales associates!!
If you make an appointment with someone you would think that they would work with you .....
I went here for my dream dress I had the best experience thank you Lisa, your great! we also went here for my maids dresses it was ok.. they switched girls in the middle of our fitting, the second girl had no idea what was going on was very unorganized. also went here for my mothers dress. very very disappointed. I went to Davids Bridal to get my Wedding dress. Why I was waiting, I decided to get invitstions, we'll the sales lady that was helping me didn't know how to input the info in the computer, we'll after a few minutes, she tells me I should go somewhere else or go home and do it myself. Are you serious, I told her. You being a salesperson is telling me to take my $$$$ and go somewhere else to spend it. I told her yeah you right, I will take my $$$ somewhere else. Terrible customer service. My daughter ordered a bridesmaids dress that fit her perfectly in the store in a size two. The one we received states it's a size two..but it swims on her. After waiting 10 minutes for anyone to even notice we needed assistance a rude woman stated we could have it altered. When I asked how much that would cost she rudely stated she had no idea. I would not recommend anyone to spend a minute here unless they want to be treated badly. I will not spend another dime there.
I had a negative experience here. I ordered a dress in December. It came in this week but was the wrong style. The only options I was given to fix this was ordering the correct dress in the wrong size (which would arrive the same week as the wedding), or getting the floor dress from another location but they couldn't "guarantee the condition of the dress." HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My sister went in to try on wedding dresses, and she found a dress that she loved! The associate working with her claimed that that dress that she loved, was discontinued. Unfortunately, the dress was not in her size. We asked her to go look in the system to see if there were any more in the country. She came back quite quickly claiming that there were no more. Staff not very attentive. Lady gave us 2 dresses walked away to show another lady what she was looking for came back brought us to a room and never returned had to get different sizes ourselves needless to left empty handed
