Very poor customer service. My consultant didn't listen to anything I said I liked or disliked. She would "disappear" for 10 or 15 minutes at a time. She was very rude and hasty. My mother had to help me into and out of dresses due to the consultant being MIA. Will not be returning to this store or recommending to anyone.
Absolutely terrible service. Extremely rude associates and unwilling to help.
This ghetto customer service...SMH. David's Bridal should be ashamed to have such awful women running their store. Don't bother going to this location unless you want to be treated like the trash that works there✌️
I have 10 bridesmaids ordering dresses from David's Bridal and at our appointment (Nicole) measured my girls and said they could just call to order their dresses when ready. Well when it came time to order the dresses my bridesmaids called and were told they have to come back in and get measured AGAIN because the measurements the 1st time meant nothing?! Went to David's bridal today to look for a pair of shoes for my daughter's wedding. We were there 15-20 minutes trying on shoes. Not one person came near the shoe dept to acknowledge us. As we left the lady at the desk said "thanks and have a nice day'. Maybe my sale was not big enough.
Horrible service. My husband and I went in to look at a few things before we got married. They were fairly slow and we had a chance to walk the entire store without a SINGLE person greeting us or saying a word. Everyone I have talked to has had a similar or worse experience. This is why people use the internet now for shopping. Glad we won't need to go back.
