When I came to purchase a dress everything went great the service was great didn't have any complaints. But after getting my alterations done their I was very disappointed when I came to pick up my dress for the second time and that they wanted to keep it a little longer to try and "fix" what they didn't "fix" to begin with. I am now having to get another seamstress to fix and redo what was promised to me and personally I would like to know what could be done about it cause I've spent about $100 for alterations at David's br... read more
Horrible experience at David's Bridal. We went in around March looking for bridesmaids dresses and also a wedding dress for my mother's wedding. My mom found her dress and it was ordered and a few months later the dress came in but not in a wearable condition. It came in torn and literally dirty. You could see the dirt on the bottom of the dress and on the train as if it had been worn and then returned. Horrible service! Got a used dress for full price!!
They have beautiful dress it's just very expensive to buy and the alterations are about the same amount of the dress with sucks.
Tremendous pressure from sales staff. When my daughter picked out the dress she wanted, we were told that if we didn't order and PAY for it "right now", that it was going to be discontinued. Funny thing...when I was in that store weeks later, I heard a salesperson use that EXACT SAME PHRASE to another potential buyer. REALLY PATHETIC SALES PITCH! Shameful!!!
