Absolutely the worst! Buyer beware! Incompetent airheads
My daughter walked in and told them we were looking for a long white graduation gown. The woman at the front smirked and rolled her eyes. We were shuffled off to a remote corner and literally left alone the entire time! No one ever checked on us to see if we needed help. We tried on one dress and left. As we walked by the women at the front door, no one looked at us or spoke. There weren't even any other customers in the store so they didn't have the excuse of being too busy. They messed up my order for the bridesmaid dresses! I called more than once and went to the store two times to make sure they had written down all the styles of dresses my bridesmaids can pick from and the shawl I wanted and they still managed to screw things up!! They told my bridesmaids they could pick whatever dress they wanted and they could pick from a shawl or jacket!!! Never again will I go to David's Bridal!! Good thing I didn't order my wedding dress from there!
My two granddaughters and visited the store today with no appointment with the intention just to look. Only one other person was trying on dresses. We were told that we could have an appointment in about 30 minutes if we chose. We waited our turn while looking at a few dresses. The oldest granddaughter to be married found 3 dresses. When our turn, they had us go to the back to help her try on her dresses. They were very elegant on her. Worst customer service ever!
The only good thing I can say is I got a dress I love...other than that it is a mess there. Judging by everyone else's reviews it seems they have all had the same problems and it doesn't really seem that anyone cares. I had heard horror stories, but took my own risk. I am pretty sure they go out of their way just to make you NOT feel special. DO NOT give them your email address whatever you do! They give your email to all these places that bombard you with emails!! Do yourself a favor--- spend more money on a dress elsewhere... read more
I walk in and the girl in the front says hi What are you here for? I was like a dress duh this is not a buffet. Is it? Anyway I traveled 45 min to go see dresses, and they would not attend to me cause I didn't have appointment. STUPID
I extremely hated this experience. This location has the worst customer service I have EVER witnessed. They refused to alter my dress (which was bought in store), after booking an appointment with me and selling me undergarments that show. I hope they don't make these types of mistakes with the brides.
