You really should hire competent consultants who want to help their customers and may have more knowledge about the dresses... I felt like I was bothering my consultant by being there for my appointment and they were absolutely no help in offering suggestions. I tried on 2 dresses and left. Found my dream dress elsewhere thanks to the help and knowledge of my consultant who knew her stock and what complimented my body type, what I liked about one dress and not another, etc. She obviously cares about her job unlike whoever I ... read more
Worst experience. Try on Dresses are stained and ripped. Know one helped me to try things ob because their were other bridal parties spending more money. You guys told me it would come on the first then when first called you said the 10th. It came the 8th said you guys were going to ship it to me. Called a few days later and it was still sitting at the store.
They have good selection, but when it comes to customer service there is none,I went there to buy me a dress for my niece wedding and the lady at the reception show me where I could find the dresses,but after that nobody helped me with anything. When I finally decided what dress to get,I went to the front to ask if anybody could help me finding some sandals and the lady by the door started rushing me to the check out and again nobody helped me,I found the sandals by myself,after go through piles of boxes. Went in March. My friend was trying to find her wedding dress. The lady was very nice. When we told the lady our budget was 800 dollars she turned rude and started ignoring us. We were hoping to try a few dresses. When another bride to be, who was overheard saying she was willing to pay up to 5000 for a dress, we stopped getting service. I am now engaged and because of the experience we had with my friend for only having 800 dollars for her dress I will not be buying my dress from David's Bridal. Not impressed. The dressing rooms are tiny, and there is no mirror to see yourself before walking out into the store. My consultant was nice, but was so off with the dresses she was pulling. Everything I said I didn't want, she pulled. She also had the audacity to say to me when I put one one "oh I don't like that one" before I even had a chance to see what it looked like on me, and admitted that she pulled a dress because it was new and she wanted to see it on someone. Uninformed that our color was being discontinued. Were told we had all options but in reality only two dresses available. Eight week minimum so very unhappy with experience.
Poor customer service. Not very attentive even with an appointment.
