Passed judgement and treated us like they were to good for us. Then told us to go to Mercado Latino. The customer service was so terrible. I will not go there again and I will make sure my friends won't go either
Walked in not knowing we needed an appointment..I mean come on this isn't kleinfelds...anyways, we were browsing and went to the front desk area excited because my future sister in law is getting married and it's a big deal...the lady was like uh do you have an appointment? Appt. at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 9th for bridesmaid dresses. DISASTER. This store overbooks, and assigns too many customers to their "specialists." The lady at the check in desk was asked TWICE to page our "specialist". She did not do this on our 1st request. She did do it on the 2nd request. Either way it was a 1 1/2 hour disaster with nothing purchased. We were crammed into a single dressing room for 3 bridesmaids. There were brides and their parties all over the place. I went to this store today with my daughter and her bridesmaids. I was so very disappointed. Although they picked out a dress I wish they had not. The dresses seem of very poor quality. The young lady who waited on us seemed completely uninterested in helping us. It was like an assembly line - her pick these - try them - ok good - now pay. Do not buy a dress from them. They do not care.

I had made a 1pm appointment for my friends and I to find my wedding dress. We showed up 10 minutes early and got signed in. I was told that my lady would take dresses from m favorites list (they had printed out) and get my room ready. We wondered around bridesmaids dresses while we were waiting.
