We were displeased on how the appt went. They were rude and seemed to not care for the bride. Left and took the business elsewhere and said yes to the dress!
This was the absolutely worst experience I have ever had. The woman who was assigned to help me try on wedding dresses was spending more time with her other client who was trying on more expensive dresses. This was terrible. I made my appointment two weeks in advance and assumed that I would be taken care of. I will never ever go back here. Boo
RUDE. I thought 5 years ago when I got married it was ok. Today they proved that their customer service is the same. Too bad its where we have to get our dresses. Left feeling humiliated. Emailed the corporate office about the experience. TERRIBLE.
Manager was not accommodating at all. Had to order my bridesmaid dress, over the phone, from an out of state store.
Dear David's Bridal When you called over two weeks ago and made an appointment with my fiancé it was expected that her dress be complete ! She took the day off along with her mother and may people in her bridal party. So when you called tonight less then 48 hours before her appointment and said her dress was not complete because your staff took time off work, this should never be acceptable way to treat a custmore. Work longer hours, hire more staff do what needs to be done to offer customer service. This is a terrible thing... read more
