Staff was rude and too worried about "schedule." My daughter left there crying. We went to Henry's; and she said yes to the dress!!!
Made an appointment and took the day off from work to find a dress for my daughters wedding. And I got no assistance. Arrived on time for my appointment and didn't get acknowledged until 15 minutes later. Then the person who was suppose to assist was helping someone else. I tried on 3 dresses with no assistance and left 45 minutes later since she never checked on me. David's Bridal needs to have additional staff and not over book their appointments. Rushed experience would not recommend for wedding gown but yes for bridesmaids dresses
My consultant was great..but management is slack and unprofessional!!! They messed up my bridesmaids shoes
