THEY LOST MY DRESS. Then, didn't have the gall to tell me. So, they pulled another one off the rack and tried to charge me for a garment bag THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE, WORST DRESS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I just want to point out that I did not receive bad service... I just didn't receive any service in the 20-30 mins I was there; not even a hello. I am gladly taking my business elsewhere.
Poor customer service. Had appointment and sells person would not even help us. Had to retrieve dresses ourselves and fit them ourselves . My friend who was helping me is pregnant and had her one year old daughter with us and she is the one who had to retrieve the heavy dresses when we was told not to mess with them at the beginning. They should not be double or triple booking clients. Will not be going back to this establishment. I would much rather drive to Louisville then to go back to this store.
WORST EXPERIENCE FROM SUCH A COMPANY BAFFLES ME!!! NO EASY, PUNCTUAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WAS GIVEN. I made an appointment 2 months in advance to go there and look for bridesmaid dresses with my 6 girls. A lady name "Barbie" was our consultant and she literally ignored all 6 of us for over a hour while she helped other people. There were two other workers standing up front not doing anything while we picked out our own dresses and I helped the girls zip up. I will never go to this place EVER again! my wedding dress was fine, we'll get that off the list.... #1 it June 1st for my bridesmaid dresses.. not everyone could make it because we all work #2 I have 8 bridesmaids that are gonna give you a lot of money for their dress... don't be rude! #3 again it's june, my wedding is October 3rd, get those girls dresses ordered only to find out the next Monday when another 1 of my girls go to get their dress ordered that they won't be in till October 5th..... wtf? Horrible experience. As a excited new bride, this was my first time trying on dresses and i had brought my bridal party with me. I had told the woman that I was open minded but kind of knew what I wanted. Every time I said I liked something she would go grab me something COMPLETELY different. If I said I liked the drop beaded waist and a nice plain skirt she would bring me back a mermaid gown with nothing on it. Then she just started getting frustrated and just never came back.
