Horrific service. Rude consultant. Waited 45 mins for a scheduled appointment- because our consultant was and I quote "still On break". Pushing up sale items after being told twice bride wasn't interested. Brides mother had to ask for a clipped to adjust the fit of the dress- while this bride and her party had to watch another bride get much better service.
U have to "use ur imagination" so much bc they hardly have any bridesmaid dresses in the right color or sizes to try on esp the Orange ...and that's one of my many complaints of this place
I had the worst appointment ever Elizabeth was very rude and very pushy!
This was the worst location I've ever been into the only nice halefull person was my stylist the greater was rude as can be every time I went in and all said and done the reason I didn't use them for my wedding

Had an appointment at 530-7 I arrived at 5 nobody even looked at me until 620. The woman up front was rude as can be. The lady that helped me find my dream dress was good tho, even when I told her I really didn't know what kind I wanted.
I was originally sold a dress that needed major alterations but the sales lady told me it was possible. The store told me to come in 2 months before the wedding for alterations. When I came in and told the alterations department what I needed done, they said it was impossible to do those kind of alterations to the dress. After hours of trying to make the dress work, we were unsuccessful. David's bridal told me I didn't have time to order a new dress but if I could find one on the rack they could alter it in time.
