Unorganized. Dressing rooms too small. Dresses were sent to wrong address. Was unsure when dresses would be ready. Horrible experience. Will never use Davids Bridal again.
The alterations were a waste of money The staff was not attentive
The employees could really use a lesson in customer service. They had 1 sales person working with 3-4 brides/bridal party at one time which made you feel rushed it was also very time consuming having to wait on them to run back and forth between everybody. They are also very pricey I paid $159 for a brides maid dress then was told it would be another $75 to $100 for alterations. Needless to say I went elsewhere to get my alterations done and paid $25. I would not recommend David's bridal.
Don't go to the one in Rochester there are a few nice people but the store is a joke I was buying a dress for 400 and 2 weeks later it was on sale for 99 but they still tried to make me pay the 400 so after paying 300 of it in cash mind you I canceled my layaway and the store manager tells me she has no cash in the store at all to give me the $260 dollars in cash I would have to wait 3-4 weeks for a check or take merchandise um are you serious how do you have no cash in a big ass bridal store what a joke. Unorganized, dirty, disaster! Sales people seem confused.
Not happy with final result. It looks like my dress was slopped together during alterations. I slowly fell out of love with my beautiful dress. BAD EXPERIENCE! Seamstress was rude and made me feel like it was such a burden to work on my dress. Plus I could hardly understand her. Not everyone was on the same page...I would go in for one fitting with someone telling me one thing and the next fitting i was told something completely different...ultimately costing me more money.
