We had an awful experience here. Arrived 2 minutes late for our appointment but still waited 15 for our consultant, then they switched us to a different consultant and she did not help my cousin (the bride) at all. She helped her into one dress and then disappeared, I ended up helping her into 5 other dresses myself. Then the consultant came back and told me how to properly put the dresses back on the hangers. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.... I ordered my first dress and it came in the wrong color. I went back had to get a completely different dress and in a different color so that I could get it in time for the wedding. Now I go today to pick up my second dress that was ordered last week and they have given me a used dress that is missing a button. This is ridiculous. I don't recommend anyone to go there at lest I'm never going back.
Manager (didn't catch her name but I will when I pick my things up) was EXTREMELY rude. Very snotty. And very disrespectful. The consultants are all amazing and helped me out so much. I have had two appointments at the Novi Michigan location and each time the same manager is working. 15 minutes into today's appointment she was trying to rush me and my girls out of there. My first appointment she made all of my girls and family move and stand because she was "using the fitting rooms" for others but really they were being used... read more
Was not happy. The manager was very rude and made us feel rushed. Seemed to not want to deal with or do her job. Not impressed at all.
