You never tell a customer something is out their price range that you can't try a dress I could have bought any dress in that store but since I was dressed down I assume they thought I had no money to buy a Vera Wang wedding dress and the Bridesmaids dresses was ordered when they came in they wanted you to sign a paper saying you picked up the dress but didn't want you to try on before leaving store wanted you you it on at home (which we did not do we tried on at the store) because the dresses was messed up had white spots a... read more
I would say I had a horrible experience. I told the sales person what my price point wade and I understand everybody makes the commission but I fell in love with the dress that was on the sale rack in my price point with a sale sticker and it was triple what my budget originally was. The saleswoman that we had seem like she didn't want to be there me and matron of honor went looking for style of dresses for myself and tried them on with little to no help because the sale women we had seem to busy doing other things. Not very helpful. No one tells you the same thing making decisions very difficult.
I think some of the ladies that work there are too stuck up, can be more down to earth!! My daughter in law brought a dress over the summer and the ladies that greet you at the front desk didn't look happy to help us!!
The bathroom is not kept up. They pay attention to the whole place. But forget the bathroom it was dirty and it looked like a long time since anybody spent any time really cleaning it. It should be up dated and cleaned every day
These service people will bend over backwards for you. Unfortunately, no one can work miracles.
