Worst place ever. The alterations department called me fat, said I should stop eating until the wedding and said I would never look good in the dress all because I had gained a little weight from the time I purchased the dress in December to July when the wedding was. I have never been so disrespected, sad, and embarrassed in my entire life and if I'm ever in another wedding you can guarantee I will never give them a dollar of my money.
Beautiful dresses got dress off. Clearance rack charged me full price week later found same dress hundreds less they TV refuse give me any of my money back their store credit only...
They are unorganized and there are too many people that don't know anything about what's going on. I would NEVER send anyone there or suggest anyone use them. The most awful, stressful, disappointing experience I've ever had that brought me to tears on more than a few occasions.
I went with my daughter in law to get her gown. The person assigned to us was not at all helpful. She didn't offer to look for her favorite style in a larger size until she realizes none of the other styles were going to work. She never said a word and leaned against the wall the whole time my DIL was trying on dresses. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
