Had to get my girls dresses of the racks for them to try on. Had 0 help, was very overbooked, associates only helped brides. Terrible.
I will never give them business again nor will any of my friends & family. Management was highly unprofessional & rude multiple times. Sad thing is a friend of mine went to the one in Columbia & same rude service.

Their credit card is a crooked scheme. DO NOT GET IT!!
The manager was really rude and was giving me wrong info for my bridesmaids dresses and was rude to them as well. The sales girl that helped me was so helpful and said that we should be ok with ordering the dresses I wanted. She needs to learn from her girls.
I was 1 of 5 bridesmaid's, 4 of us ordered our dresses the same day we found them, well mine kept getting delayed for no reason. We had to call for updates as to why the other 4 girls got their dresses (even the 5th girl ordered hers way after and she got hers a couple weeks after she ordered) I finally got mine a couple weeks before the wedding and still needed alterations. Talk about stressful, especially for the bride.
Wow.. This place is HORRIBLE. I found my dream dress about a month ago. The place was busy, fine no problem. We'll wait. No hurry. So 20 minutes after our appointed time, Brenda came to help us. She was very sweet but clearly completely overwhelmed with assisting multiple parties at a time. Despite having to wait a while in dresses I knew weren't "the one" and not getting the kind individual attention one might prefer while selecting their wedding gown, I did find the dress and my mom bought it for me :) yay! Not a very large selection, prices are kind of high, there is a terribly long wait just to try anything on and the saleswoman made it pretty clear that she felt like we didn't belong there
