Just because someone is not a bride does not make them any less important. My eight year old niece came in tonight. Her father is getting married so this is a was a very special night for her to find her dress. My mom said she felt like they were ignored, she had to go get other dresses for her to try on. David's bridal wil not be used by anyone in our family ever again.
Horrible place! Just in it for the money nothing else. Could care less about your special day or the promises they make. They will tell you lies and act like you're the one lying. They're rude and down right crappy. Wish I never bought a thing from them.
Went into the store today to look for my wedding shoes and because I wasn't buying anything they just walked away and looked at me like I was a waist of time....plus there rude and snooty I would advise to find another one other then Pinole.
Do NOT give this company your email address! They will sell it to spammers and you'll never get it to stop. David's used to send me 2 to 3 emails per day directly, but they thankfully let you opt out, however, by the time they do opt you out, they've already sold your email address and every few days you'll get an email from some different and shady wedding-type business. While I normally try to write the great things about companies I experience I have to say only bad things about David's bridal. They told me they called several times to let me know a bridesmaid dress came in.....which never happened. So they finally called me to tell me that they were shipping it to the brides home address in long island. This wasn't just my dress that this happened with but also another girl in the bridal party. my future bride was in today to get her dress fitted and what unfolded was the most horrific experience a bride could have. lets start with the bridesmaids, if the dress cost $130 and shouldn't need $160 dollors worth of tailoring this is just plain highway robbery and if it is not it would border on profiling cause my bride is latino. so which is it rascism or just plain ripping defenseless brides off you choose. the brides dress tailoring was going to exceed the price of the dress also. so for all the future brides bewa... read more
