I stopped by for a miracle and happened to run into a 1st day trainee under Amy names Amaris. She was nothing short of amazing. Great energy, wonderful people skills, and a relief to experience on such short notice!

Stylist Deangela at David's Bridal in Metairie was very helpful and personable in helping my daughter and me select a dress for her flower girl. We both appreciate Dee-Dee's great accommodations and patience, especially for an active 7 year old! In appreciation, The Deckelmann Girls

Easy going and helpful ladies. Java helped me and was patient and kind. Only complaint is this store needs WiFi for customers. Trying to send the bride pictures as basically impossible and almost killed my phone so be prepared for that: corporate: GET THESE LOVELY LADIES WIFI for guests!!!

I have shopped at this location for many years. From my prom, to being a bridesmaid in 3 weddings. I've never really had a good experience here. Up until recently. For starters, the management is much more professional and seems to know what they're doing. The customer service went from 0 to 100. The stylists are so much more professional and educated. The receptionist is the sweetest person to talk to on the phone. I also find that the selection of dresses and the quality of them, has improved greatly.

If I could give this store 20 Stars, I would. David's Bridal saved my wedding. Long story short, I got my wedding gown from a store in a different state. When it arrived the first time, it was the wrong size and had pieces missing. I tried to stay calm and not be upset because mistakes happen The second time it arrived, the size was wrong AGAIN, and pieces of lace were visibly missing. My first experience at the Metairie location was 2 years ago for my sons wedding.Lets just say it wasn't the best experience. My daughter is now engaged, and we decided to give this store another try last week Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff there currently are knowledgeable and professional. Terrible experience. I will never recommend anyone to go here. First, we walked in with all of my girls which we had an appointment for and the lady said oh, wow, that's a large group. There was no area assigned for us knowing when I scheduled the appointment they =knew we were coming with a large group. They had no chairs, because of Covid, which makes no sense at all considering you can try on dresses but yet cant sanitize a chair????
