Great service and very knowledgeable. The service technician explained what he was doing as he went (including why he was doing it). Very personable. Fairly priced as well. Will definitely recommend them to my friends/family amd will continue to do business with them myself.

We had a problem with our air conditioner and we called Des Moines Heating and Cooling. They came out in a timely manner and gave us an honest assessment about what needed to be done. They got us on the schedule and came out at the time they said they would be and fixed the system. The best part of the whole experience is I feel that they were honest and fair on what needed to be done. I would recommend them to anyone who asks me that have heating and cooling problems! Thank you very much!

We called Des Moines Heating and Cooling at 8:00 in the morning. Our air conditioning had gone out during two extremely hot days!! Craig was here in less than one hour and he was extremely nice and had it fixed immediately!! We will be calling Des Moines Heating and Cooling from now on for any of our heating, cooling and plumbing needs!! Thank you so much Craig!!!!!

Our AC unit went out in mid-summer and Craig from this company was amazing. He responded right away and with 24 hours and he had worked on our unit. Once determined our AC needed a replacement and wouldnt be installed for 5 days, he ordered a portalble AC unit from a local store within 2 hours and didnt charge us. He cares about his business and goes beyond the expectations we ever had. I would totally recommend Des Moines Heating and Cooling again to anyone.

I recently had Des Moines Heating and Cooling put a new furnace in my house ,The one I had was ancient so I needed all new ductwork and everything, that had it all done and cleaned up in 1 day ,My basement was cleaner when they left then before . I checked pricing before doing this and the gave me the best price out of all that I checked. Thanks guysyour great.

Tired of online quotes never being answered in a timely manner, I Googled "southside Des Moines heating and cooling". I chose to call Des Moines Heating & Cooling. Carrie was professional and empathetic to our situation where timing is always an issue for scheduling due to our narrow window of contact. The serviceman that was closest to our area stopped on his way back from his shift. He promptly and very professionally took care of recharging our unit.
