Amazing customer service! Very great group of people here that really care and want to help their customers. Cassidy answered the phone and got me in with a tech QUICK! (During the 3 day heat wave we just had!). Was great at coordinating my service dates and following up. Understood my issue right away and handled it. I had Sergio come to my house for a routine check inspection of my air conditioning unit. I had somewhat suspected it might be low on Freon from some things I had noticed during its operation recently. He lowered my setting on the A/C and immediately didn’t like that the temperature wasn’t dropping fast enough. He did pressure checks and told me it was low on Freon and added R-410A. He is always so pleasant, takes off his shoes on the carpet, and finds problems quickly. I’m always pleased to see him on service calls. Dean W
