Just wanted to say thanks for calling to see how things were going. I wouldn't have thought about calling until it came time to turn the furnace on and it gave off that first time of the year smell. Thanks for being on top of things.

We had a new heating and cooling system installed last year and I was very particular about the vent work. I was never made to feel like I was being a pain...even if I really was being one. The staff is professional and courteous. No matter what I need, I never feel like just another stop on someone's "to do" list.

I appreciate the fact that I can always count on everything running smoothly. These guys keep in touch without seeming like they are hounding me. Josh is the guy that usually comes out and he is really efficient.

I've been with these guys since 2009 and there just isn't anything that could make me switch companies. The people that come out to do the work are just as friendly and professional as the people in the office. The work is always done in a reasonable amount of time and they never do anything that is going to cost me before asking me. That is the kind of thing that keeps a customer loyal.

Had some work done on the a/c and furnace at my business location. I appreciate the fact that your guy (Tim) conducted himself in a professional manner. Not the stereo-typical contractor by any stretch of the imagination. I even noticed that when he was on his way back to his truck, he saw an elderly man walking up to the door and he ran back to hold the door open for him. Not something many of us think about, but its those little things that make an impact.

We have been our home for about three years and are kind of out in the country. It used to be that when I was home alone, I could hear noises...that I thought might be voices. Wasn't sure if I needed a psychiatrist or a paranormal investigator! Anyway, these great guys Jeff & Andrew came out and installed a new a/c and furnace and I'm in HEAVEN! It runs sooo quietly! I LOVE IT! Jeff and Andrew were just FABULOUS! The ONLY thing that I wish were different, is the cover for my air return...but its nothing I can't take care of!

Chad came out to fix my air conditioner. It was so hot and I was already grumpy, so when he told me it would be the next day before he could get the part, it took everything I had not to flip out on him. I was less than pleasant. He was very sympathetic and apologetic and promised me that he would be out as soon as he had the part in his hot little hand. He was out first thing the next morning. I needed service on a Saturday. I found it mildly irritating that the technician was obviously suffering from a cold or something. I can't afford to be sick. What really irritated me was that my air started working again before he even got here. The woman I spoke to said they were finishing up another job and would be out as soon as they were done.
