Jackie called to let me know that it was time to do a tune up and cleaning on my a/c. She got me scheduled for a time that worked with my schedule and had the greatest personality! Chad came out to do the work and he was a very pleasant man. Got straight to work and gave me some energy saving tips. Jackie called back to see how things went and to make sure I was satisfied. This company was punctual, professional, & fairly price. Overall, I'd give them an A+. I had them install a new furnace form me and it went very well. They cleaned up and were very cordial.

I wanted to give these guys a shout out! I have a couple of rental properties that they take care of for me twice a year. The entire staff is really great. The office calls me to schedule my tune ups, the techs are always professional and pleasant. Its one less thing I have to remember to worry about and I know that my properties and tenants are in good hands. Thanks

My husband is a very particular man. He has a tendency to micro-manage almost everything! (LOL) I just wanted to give Des Moines Heating and Cooling a thank you for not only fixing our air conditioner, but for tolerating my husband and all of his questions. Josh came out to fix things for us and bless his heart, he had the patience of a saint! When he left, my husband commented that he had actually been impressed with Josh's knowledge and demeanor. Thought I'd share that since my husband does not give compliments easily!

A kind gentleman named, Chad, came out to do my annual clean up. When he asked if I had any questions, I explained to him that it makes me crazy how dirty the outside unit gets...grass, dried mud, whatever the grandkids throw at it, etc. I told him I usually give it a good spray down with the hose and I had to laugh when I saw his face. He smiled and advised that if I felt I really needed to clean it, to use a mist rather than a blast.
