This is my "furnace repair company"! I can't say enough good things about them. Other companies had taken advantage of me until I finally gave Des Moines Heating and Cooling a call this past winter. They have come out twice after hours when I had a problem. They are great on diagnosing the problem, they don't try to sell me a new furnace, and they don't try to over charge me. I highly recommend them!

Due to the recent rains we had in Des Moines, I had some flooding in my basement and some issues with my hot water heater. I called DES MOINES HEATING & COOLING and a technician was at my house within 4 hours! The technician was very savvy as he conducted the inspection of the hot water heater. We returned from a trip to find our house 95 degrees. We had previously had a service contract with Service Legends...they completely failed....Three week wait for a new air conditioner. I called Des Moines Heating and Cooling and they came out the same day and came the next morning to install a new unit. I was so appreciative of fast and professional service within 24 hours we had a new system up and running. Thanks again!!!

Company installed our new AC & Furnace 3 years ago and we love it. This past weekend, with terrible temps and high humidity, the fan motor decided not to work so I called and we had a service tech within an hour. Fixed the problem and we were set to go. Thank you for the wonderful service and I have always recommended them to anyone who is thinking about heating & cooling. Great Job!!

The unit is better than expected Craig gave me knowledge i didn't have. His installer spent a great deal of time making sure that he did everything just right. They cleaned up their work space and treated my home as if it was their own. The young man and the office gal worked very hard explained everything to me made sure to tell me what was going on as they went along. They registered my new unit and sent me a thank you letter. I dealt with nikki regarding an invoice that I was told I wouldn't be charged for she made sure she followed up with the right people and myself and handled the situation in a very timely and professional manner she made sure to assure me how much they value me as a customer for many years and ended up signing me into a service agreement for my lennox warranty. I truly appreciate her understanding and prompt attention. I will continue to use des moines heating for all my hvac needs!

When I need something done, Josh is usually the guy they send out to me. He is down to earth and I'm comfortable with him being in my home even if I can't be there. He's just a real guy doing his job and making sure that the job is done right.

I have had to reschedule several appointments and when they came out to prepare my furnace for the winter, I had lots of questions. Josh was so patient with me. He took the time to make sure that I understood the answers and never made me feel ridiculous for asking. Everyone was just so friendly. It was refreshing.
