Repeat customer. Saturday delivery was very important and Veronica of customer service made it happen -- thanks, Veronica. Good install team with Will and his assistant making sure everything was done right.
We wanted to stay within a certain budget and Terry Maliska was our consultant and showed us several samples of good quality carpeting from which we were able to choose a favorite. We took a few samples home and were able to order larger samples to compare before we made our final choice. It all worked out well and we are very happy with our new carpet. This is our third time using DeSitter carpeting and have been pleased each time. Also, installation was done quickly and perfectly.
On time, professional, competitive from quote to install
Several weeks ago I had two bedrooms carpeted by Desitter Flooring. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. The carpet is very high quality and I love the color. I would recommend Desitter Flooring to anyone who is looking for high quality carpeting!
Paul @ the Glen Ellyn store did a great job showing us & my niece the best flooring options for my nieces condo. The delivery of materials was timely and being in Lincoln Park is always a challenge. Installation was great and the guys had to walk two blocks from where they parked to get to the condo for installation. Thanks for a job well done.
We had a flood in the basement of our house and DeSitter was at my house the very next day after I called for an estimate! They next day aired samples of carpet for me and with in 1 week I had my carpet replaced! The gentlemen that came were clean, neat and I had no scratches on any of my furniture that they had to move for me.

I had a deadline to get my carpet installed. You installed it on time and quite beautifully. The two men, Tony and Alfredo ( or some name that started with an A) were wonderful. I have a curved staircase and they worked like crazy to install it perfectly! I am very, very happy with their work and how quickly I was able to get the carpet in... and it looks great. So very glad to have fresh new carpeting !
