Allan was very helpful in selecting the type of stair runner and arranging for it to be installed in time for our daughter's wedding. A little more assistance in selecting the color would have been appreciated.

DeSitter did a wonderful job with the installation of our stair runner and 17x10 foot area rug. Everyone was professional, courteous and respectful of our new home remodel. The installers were on time and extremely tidy. I will use them in the future and would definitely recommend DeSitter for your flooring project.

We expected a smooth project with DeSitter, A 2-3 day project took over a week. DeSitter did resolve the issues, and we are very impressed with the response. There was a small problem with who to contact for follow-up. We spoke with several different people . A point person would have helped with the communication.
