I experience with DeSitter has always been top-notch from the sales staff to the installers. Our salesmen spent a very long time with us on at least two occasions helping us decide what would be the best flooring option for our living-room dining room. He worked with us several years ago and was able to help us find remnants for our family room and bedroom. Friendly, knowledge service with a wide-selection of products.
Desitter is very service oriented and made my carpet buying experience relatively easy. They were professional and courteous throughout the process and there were no surprises even six months after quoting when I finally installed. I would probably go back for additional purchases just because I appreciate service and reliability.

I found my experience with your company quite pleasant . I have used before for large areas . This was a sunporch your installers were very nice and did a nice job I would not hesitate you again do quality work.
Paul Massey was extremely helpful and patient. The baseboard trim carpenters and the carpet installers were courteous and professional. The scheduler was accommodating and the job was completed ahead of schedule to perfection.
The design rep was very helpful in resolving a problem we had with our initial flooring shipment. Also ,she was very helpful in presenting us with flooring options and design advice.
From walking into DeSitter, to walking on our new carpet the service was top notch!
They had a great selection and were prompt with installation. Only problem was they confused the installation day, which was annoying, but they did a good job.
Tim Kelliher was our salesperson. We explained what we needed and he showed us several carpet samples that would be an appropriate choice. He did not try to over sell us and was extremely professional. The installation crew worked diligently to remove the old carpet and install the new one in a minimum of time. If the need arises again, I will be sure to contact your company first for our carpet/flooring needs.
