Good overall experience. Joann, our salesperson, was knowledgeable and very pleasant. The new carpet looks great and I love it. The installers were courteous, but a few things did occur during the installation process that bother me. First the installers tried to lay the new carpet out on my dirty garage floor to cut it. If that's standard procedure then they need to either bring it cut or lay the carpet on a tarp and then cut it. Second the installers recommended a seam change. Paul, the salesperson, is terrific. Installers were on time and did a great job. Only issue was that their truck left an oil spot on the driveway
We worked with Allan on a very short timeframe and from a distance to get carpet installed in our new home before we moved in. He did a great job of expediting the selection process and getting everything from order to install completed seamlessly.
