Had another remnant cut and bound to fit my unusual rooms in my old house. Always a great selection and wonderful people with which to work!
We worked with Denise out of your Glen Ellyn location. She was great! We went into this with no experience and she was extremely helpful with not only picking out our tile, but also with picking out the little things we would have missed. I would highly recommended her to a friend for their tiling needs.
Visited Desitter based on friends recommendations and we were not disappointed. Our consultant,Karen, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in choosing our carpet and color. Installation was completed without issue. Installers were professional and thorough. We will recommend Desitter to family and friends.
Desitter was very honest and helpful with the carpet selection. They were a little slow getting pricing back to me and felt terrible about it, so gave appropriate compensation. The installation was clean, neat, well done and quick.
The salesperson, Tim, was very helpful and pleasant. The carpet installers were very good and left the room in a clean manner. we are very pleased
The installers were great and efficient. My only problem was that we did not know that the carpeting would show traffic marks until the pile fluffed up. If the salesman had mentioned that to us we would not have "panicked"! But now it is fine and even my skeptical husband likes it. The company is very easy to deal with and we will definitely return to DeSitter with any other flooring needs we may have.
The rugs and installation were perfect!
They had a great showroom of samples and were able to provide me with samples from the lot of marble that I would be ordering from which was helpful before I spent a lot of money ordering the tile.
The purchase process was easy and the intsall was great!
