We worked with Denise out of your Glen Ellyn location. She was great! We went into this with no experience and she was extremely helpful with not only picking out our tile, but also with picking out the little things we would have missed. Desitter was very honest and helpful with the carpet selection. They were a little slow getting pricing back to me and felt terrible about it, so gave appropriate compensation. The installation was clean, neat, well done and quick.

The installers were great and efficient. My only problem was that we did not know that the carpeting would show traffic marks until the pile fluffed up. If the salesman had mentioned that to us we would not have "panicked"! But now it is fine and even my skeptical husband likes it. The company is very easy to deal with and we will definitely return to DeSitter with any other flooring needs we may have.

They had a great showroom of samples and were able to provide me with samples from the lot of marble that I would be ordering from which was helpful before I spent a lot of money ordering the tile.
