DeSitter has always provided me with an exceptional experience. The Sales Consultant (Karen Gaimari) was helpful on many levels. Sending home samples, choosing patterns, recommending a pad to insure my hardwood floors would not be damaged by the carpet backing even so much as helping me choose a color for my walls. We love the runner. I have waited to respond because it didn't seem to lay flat at first and had ridges that you could see when coming into the hall. We have placed it on a non slip rug pad and it seems to be helping. I will contact you for suggestions if the ridges continue to be visible. Thank you.
