DeSitter's replaced carpet in two of our bedrooms, and a stair runner, all in the past 10 months. All three jobs went flawlessly and in the time schedule we requested. Their installers are also their employees, and they take great care in work and clean up. Thanks!
The actual process of delivering the flooring and dumpster was easy. The installation went great, we have had to have them out twice to fix areas where the flooring was coming apart. That was a little disappointing but they were pleasant and did fix the problems.
Very satisfied with service before install of our carpet and with installers. Easy to schedule, price quotes were clear and detailed and installers were fast, did great work and cleaned up ! Definetly recommend Desitter.
Excellent meeting with customer service rep. Good suggestions on products. Allowed us to take samples home. Ordering was quick and easy and materials were ready sooner than promised.
We are very satisfied with our new basement floor and stair carpeting. The installers who came did a great job. Our salesperson, Allen was very helpful as we made our decisions regarding what materials to choose. The one problem that came up was that on the day the installation was scheduled, the installer was a no-show. When this happened, I called DeSitter to ask why. I have been a customer for over 25 years. You have recarpeted my lower level once and the upper level twice, the most recently was last month. The salesman Paul was great and very helpful. The delivery and install was on time and well done. I have a couple of more rooms to do, so you will be hearing from me in the future. I would highly recommend Paul as the salesman to see.
