We were very pleased with our experience at Desitter in Glen Ellyn. We were scared away previously thinking a carpet store would be much more expensive than the big box stores. We found the prices to be almost the same, but with much better service with the in-store personnel and the installers. We will use Desitter's for all our flooring needs in the future and recommend them to our friends.

The installers called an hour before their scheduled appointment time to ask if they could start early. They arrived and photographed where all the furniture was in the basement. They spent several hours installing the carpet and it looks perfect. They even made a couple of areas look good where there are support polls cemented into the floor.
