Our sales person listened to what we wanted and provided a range of options to suit our needs based on the budget we set aside. The installation was performed on schedule and the installers were very careful with the movement of furniture. They were courteous and efficient and did a great job installing the carpet, cleaning up and replacing the furniture. When they left it appeared as if they had never been there. The area rug is perfect. We love the color and feel of it. I asked if I could pick it up at the warehouse a day before the original delivery date and I received a call back that they would deliver the rug a day early! What a wonderful surprise. I would highly recommend DeSitter to anyone

The carpet installers had to move out a wine fridge to install the carpet under and behind it. They were careful and courteous, even though the fridge wouldn't come out as far as hoped because of an outlet that was unreachable. The carpet is even prettier than expected! Thanks also to Terry, who had great advice.

DeSitter carpeting helped us again with carpeting a walk-in closet at our home. They had a remnant very much like our bedroom carpet; the pricing with removal of old carpet installation of the new was competitive; and their installers were not only on time, but a few minutes early. They did an excellent job on top of the Capet install they did for us last Fall. We highly recommend DeSitter Carpet.
