Like the carpeting, don't like the gaps between carpet and tile floors at door thresholds -- tile is higher than carpet. Would have chosen different type of carpeting if I had been made aware of this. Otherwise satisfied with carpet and installation.

Tim was wonderful at showing us options that would work in our remodel. He sent a very careful technician who got the quantity just right and delivery was on schedule just as promised. Everything arrive in great shape.
My salesperson, Allan in LaGrange, was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. The measurer had convenient times available to come out and measure our rooms. Allan provided a quick turnaround on our quote and we were able to schedule installation within 7 days! The installers arrived on time and did an excellent job laying the carpet and restoring order to the rooms without leaving a mess behind. Excellent service all around!
