DeSitter did a wonderful job with the installation of our stair runner and 17x10 foot area rug. Everyone was professional, courteous and respectful of our new home remodel. The installers were on time and extremely tidy. I will use them in the future and would definitely recommend DeSitter for your flooring project.

We expected a smooth project with DeSitter, A 2-3 day project took over a week. DeSitter did resolve the issues, and we are very impressed with the response. There was a small problem with who to contact for follow-up. We spoke with several different people . A point person would have helped with the communication.

We wanted to stay within a certain budget and Terry Maliska was our consultant and showed us several samples of good quality carpeting from which we were able to choose a favorite. We took a few samples home and were able to order larger samples to compare before we made our final choice. It all worked out well and we are very happy with our new carpet. This is our third time using DeSitter carpeting and have been pleased each time. Also, installation was done quickly and perfectly.

Paul @ the Glen Ellyn store did a great job showing us & my niece the best flooring options for my nieces condo. The delivery of materials was timely and being in Lincoln Park is always a challenge. Installation was great and the guys had to walk two blocks from where they parked to get to the condo for installation. Thanks for a job well done.
