We had a flood in the basement of our house and DeSitter was at my house the very next day after I called for an estimate! They next day aired samples of carpet for me and with in 1 week I had my carpet replaced! The gentlemen that came were clean, neat and I had no scratches on any of my furniture that they had to move for me.

I had a deadline to get my carpet installed. You installed it on time and quite beautifully. The two men, Tony and Alfredo ( or some name that started with an A) were wonderful. I have a curved staircase and they worked like crazy to install it perfectly! I am very, very happy with their work and how quickly I was able to get the carpet in... and it looks great. So very glad to have fresh new carpeting !
The carpet is amazing and the service was exceptional. Great installation, no chuncks in trim or walls, very clean and took carpet away for free.

We needed nice and reasonably priced carpet to update our home to sell. Our representative was knowledgeable and Desitters had a package for our needs. After shopping other places, I knew I could not beat the price. Installation was fast and neat.
The sales experience was good but what we were impressed with was the quality of the workmanship. The workers were careful and quick. they did a large job in 1 day and left the house very neat.
