We ordered new carpeting for our stairs and upstairs hallway, and it was fantastic! The salesperson was very helpful and efficient, and the installers were right on time, cleaned up after they were done, and truly did a beautiful job!

We were definitely pleased with our sales and our installers. We do have an issue with the way our runner was placed in our upstairs hallway. The corner is not quite a right angle and I notice it every time I come up the stairs. Our expectations were high and we are a little disappointed in the outcome. Our installers and sales were very professional, clean, polite, trustworthy etc. The overall experience was good.

Did some research beforehand on carpet places. Being in Chicago Empire and Luna always show up on search. But reviews encouraged to stay more local. DeSitter answered me right away using the live chat. And, every time after when I was trying to narrow down choices, timing and cost. Tim O'Brien at Glen Ellyn location was fabulous. Really knowledgable, not pushy, met timeframe for install and found remnant that saved me money. Definitely worth the time to call them.
