This was a repair after a flood. The original carpet was purchased from DeSitter a few years back. Thanks to the quality of the carpet, it was dried out and able to be saved. A new pad was ordered and a team was scheduled to perform its installation along with re-installing the carpet. From the initial call for service to the field repair, it was handled promptly and professionally. The service crew was also very polite and professional. We will purchase additional carpet from DeSitter. Nice work!

This was our second purchase of carpet from De Sitter and again a wonderful experience. Their sales representative Tim was very professional and spent a great deal time explaining the carpet selections. Part one of our complete home reflooring and kitchen remodel was to have our basement re-carpeted. Victor and his crew did a wonderful job - came on time, installed beautifully and cleaned up afterward. We're now looking forward to part two of our carpet project.

The company is incredibly responsive, without being overbearing. Also, there are so many carpet choices that it's hard to know what's right - wool? no wool? what looks like wool but is poly etc. etc. and that's even before you start to choose color.
