Installers showed up on time and did a great job installing basement and stairs carpeting. We have had Desitter do wood floor refinishing, tile installation, carpeting our entire second floor (SilkStrand) and now the basement and we have been very pleased with all. Very professional. There was a mistake though. The owners (DeSitter) called me. We took pictures. It was all worked out quickly, creatively, and to my satisfaction. They all acted promptly.

We had the upstairs space and stairs to the basement done last week. I was amazed at how quickly they did the work, in and out in one day!, and how neat and professional the team was,. They did an amazing job and I now love walking barefoot on the new rugs.

The installers came right on time. They cleared a space to cut the carpeting by moving a few pieces of furniture and worked quickly and efficiently. They did a great job, and cleaned everything up perfectly! All my furniture was put back in place. They were very professional and exacting in their work! Thank-you!!
