Am very happy with DeSItter. Their pricing was significantly better than a competitor for the very same carpet. They made the process easy and straightforward. The installers were professional and were careful with all my furniture. I just withheld one star because there were some mechanical issues with a small area of our floor configuration that came up (and I am withholding my judgement to make sure our solution lasts.) The carpet looks BEAUTIFUL!
Happy with the install. My actual install date was moved around quite a few times. I was initially told that I would receive a gift card for a referral. I referred a neighbor who is getting carpet next week and I'm now being told that they don't give anything for referrals.
We recently purchased carpet for the bedrooms in our home. We worked with Tim at the Glen Ellyn location, who was extremely helpful in finding the right fit for our family. We have pets and children, and Tim was able to help meet our needs. We are very happy with our carpet and will be purchasing more in the near future for other rooms in our home!

Found the prices to be a bit more than other places but the service was worth it. Friendly and helpful in the showroom; delivery when promised; installers careful of painted baseboards and did full cleanup afterwards.
