The gentlemen were polite and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after they were finished and even vacuumed the hall and the elevator in my condo building. I have been a customer since 1970 and will continue to see Allan as long as I am buying carpets.

Fantastic! Paul Massey was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I tried to figure out the best solution for my stair runner. He came over to do the measure himself and even popped in during the installation. I have since recommended DeSitter and Paul in particular on the website "GlenEllyn Eparents". I'll never shop anywhere else again!

We have ordered several custom cut rugs from DeSitter and they have all be extremely high quality. We have two cats and a dog and the rugs we have purchased have been beautiful and pet proof. Terry helped us find great patterns. We also have a runner on our stairs which has been very durable in a high traffic area. We highly recommend DeSitter for great products and excellent customer service.

Hardwood floors 1st floor, stairs changed to oak. Great installers, wonderful material & finish. New carpeting and a 'dip ' in the floor on the second level. Looks wonderful and so nice not to feel that dip that was there from original construction so long. Finally a beautiful runner put on the stairs. Great pattern and again great installers did everything on site for a great fit. Would recommend and use DeSitters again!😃👍
