A rug I ordered was delivered in an unsatisfactory appearance. I brought it in and Allen called the mfg. and it was defective. They will cut another run. That personal service is why I shop at DeSitter. It's worth the money

Donna was great to work with during the tile selecting process. We spent a lot of time narrowing down the tile options, and Donna was very patient with us. She had many tile samples brought in to help us with the selection process. Thank you Donna! The installer was on time and did a nice job laying the back splash tile. I was very pleased with the help and advice of my DeSitter salesperson Terry Maliska who helped guide me to a perfect decision for my master bedroom carpet. My installation was perfect. The three gentlemen who came for the install were polite, very conscience of my home. I was a bit worried about my baseboards being marred, and there was not one mark left behind.
