The installers arrived on time. They disassembled beds, moved furniture, and put everything back in place once the carpet was installed. They cleaned up everything as well. On top of it, the carpet looks great. Karen was a pleasure to work with in selecting carpets and facilitation of our 2 phased install.

I have bought 6 rooms of carpeting and a wood floor from DeSitters over the past 4 years. We bought stain resistant carpets due to our pets, and are amazed at the quality. No stains whatsoever. The employees are knowledgeable and extremely pleasant, from the sales associate to the person who measures to the installers.

We were very pleased with our experience at Desitter in Glen Ellyn. We were scared away previously thinking a carpet store would be much more expensive than the big box stores. We found the prices to be almost the same, but with much better service with the in-store personnel and the installers.
