I had a great experience working with Tim O'Brien. He was very knowledgeable and provided many helpful tips for selection and color etc. The install was right on schedule and they actually arrived early and made sure that it was ok to begin. Great service!

The installers called an hour before their scheduled appointment time to ask if they could start early. They arrived and photographed where all the furniture was in the basement. They spent several hours installing the carpet and it looks perfect. They even made a couple of areas look good where there are support polls cemented into the floor. Like the carpeting, don't like the gaps between carpet and tile floors at door thresholds -- tile is higher than carpet. Would have chosen different type of carpeting if I had been made aware of this. Otherwise satisfied with carpet and installation.
