Ordered front and rear pads and rotors for my car on the 14th of March and the first package arrived on the 17th but the second one has yet to show up and there is no tracking info for the second package. Can't get in contact with anyone!!!
This has to be the worst company in the history of companies! They sent me the wrong part and claimed that’s what I ordered. Then after setting up a return, I purchased one again and wrote special instructions to ensure they send the right part this time. They sent the wrong part again!!!! How stupid can you be
This used to be my go to place for my car parts. But as of lat I’ve been receiving patents with issues. I ordered brakes and rotors. Had to have them send another set of brakes. Still an issue. Tried calling customer service 7 times and was disconnected each time. Was told to pay shipping fees to return the faulty part wich I shouldn’t have to. I honestly don’t think I’ll be dealing with this company after this
Sent wrong parts 3x still haven’t corrected Month+
Poor service good parts. I've see their parts before and agree with the quality...just have to get them first. My order was placed 3/18/21 at 9AM for a rack & pinion, I received an email with a tracking number stating my order was process at 2pm that same day. "Great!" I thought. 3/25/21 I check the tracking number and notice the tracking hasnt updated "awaiting shipment"...not good. I call the customer service and after 30 minutes find that it will be ANOTHER 4-5 business days before my item ships. Unacceptable.
Absolutely horrible service! They say they will call you back and never do will not fix any issues I have with them on ebay. They blocked me for absolutely no reason a purchasing items through eBay but then tell me I can purchase them through their website WHAT???? I've been trying for 4 weeks now and still have no results!

ordered cv axles last week..(order # 653310) they were supposed to arrive by the 23rd.. they still don't show shipped just a label made up.. since Friday.. Called the last 3 days to escalate the issue and no luck... Today talked with Anna in Sales she then stated the order had been escalated from my previous 2 calls i asked her for the Owner Ahmad Musheinish or to speak to Andrew Romano(sales MGr) and she escalated to her supervisor and took my number and stated she would call me back... I bought a brake kit (drilled and slotted rotors w/pads) and had them installed by an ASE certified mechanic on 3/18/21. Immediately after the first drive (breaking them in from 40mph to 10mph 3X and 60mph to 10mph 3X), I noticed that all of the rims on my 2017 Dodge Charger were coated in brake dust. I figured it was a great deal at $160 (shipping included in price) that I could deal with the dust, but after driving the car about 150 miles and two days later (3/20/21), the brakes started to squeak and a really bad grinding... read more
